1. What we collect

JayOnline does not collect, store, or log any prompts, completions, or user data submitted to the API. All inference runs locally on dedicated hardware. No request data is retained after the response is returned.

2. No training on your data

We do not use any submitted prompts or completions to train, fine-tune, or improve any model. Your inputs are processed in memory and discarded immediately.

3. No third-party data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. Requests are served entirely on-premises in the United Kingdom.

4. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any tracking technology.

5. Infrastructure

All inference is performed on dedicated bare-metal hardware located in the United Kingdom. Traffic is routed via Cloudflare for DDoS protection and TLS termination. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to transit data.
